I recently purchased a refurbished Synapt G2 from LCMS Services Ltd, it was a brilliant experience. I have just started my own academic research group in Copenhagen, and this was my first instrument installation. Steve performed proteomics and glycosaminoglycan applications on samples I use in the lab, as well as provided a huge amount of time to aid a first-time mass spec installer.

Steve was extremely helpful in diagnosing our instrument problems remotely, always replying promptly and demonstrating his obvious in depth knowledge of the Waters LCT and GCT instruments in his answers. He helped us bring 2 aged instruments back to life!
