Refurbished Instruments

I recently purchased a refurbished Synapt G2 from LCMS Services Ltd, it was a brilliant experience. I have just started my own academic research group in Copenhagen, and this was my first instrument installation. Steve performed proteomics and glycosaminoglycan applications on samples I use in the lab, as well as provided a huge amount of time to aid a first-time mass spec installer.

Steve instructed me with precise details for gas lines, electric ports, instrument dimensions, noise levels and delivery, the instrument arrived and was installed efficiently without any issues, which demonstrates the experience and diligence from the team. The instrument has been up and running for 3 months and I’m very happy with the Synapt G2, it is performing brilliantly in all of our applications.
